Antique Turned Head Kestner doll Germany
I believe this is a turned head unmarked Kestner doll on a leather kid body. Underneath the leather on bisque breast plate at back- you can barely make out Made In Germany. Her leather body has patches in places- her bisque head is lovely with fixed brown glass eyes and open mouth with four teeth. I see no damage to head and arms- all fingers present. She still has her original pate made of plaster and it is marked with 61/2. Old mohair reddish sparse wig. Dress is made by a seamstress- ecru lace and embroidery over a white embroidered long slip.
