And certainly with moving legs and a beautifully sculpted body. This is a small unusual early German mignonette with beautifully shaped German composition and wood joined (legs) body. The sweetie was made around 1890 at Kerstner. What a beauty this little girl is. Her facial features are beautiful with her two large bright blue working sleeping eyes with wax, perfectly painted open mouth and upper teeth, working brow and eyelashes. The doll has her mohair wig and amazing original factory painted body, composition and wooden ball joint, wears her antique clothes. The elastic has been replaced and the cardboard pate is of a later date. Doll is in very good condition, above the number 192 has a small factory error and on the edge of her head, two flying bits may also be missing from manufacturing flaws.
