This is a beautiful 29 inch bisque head doll with a composition ball jointed body. The head is marked as follows. She is dressed in a vintage cream colored dress with lace decoration and black ribbon insertion. There is a sash that ties in the back. Underneath is an antique slip. Her curly brown wig is new. She has new socks and ivory colored shoes w/ black bows. I have given her a lovely antique pin. She has blue open/close eyes and an open mouth with four teeth. Her body is in very good condition with some tape residue on the torso. There are no chips, cracks or repairs to the bisque. The stand, bear, flag and rocking chair are not included. My usual basic description with all the needed details, none of the flowery sales pitch stuff. She can sit or stand well. Another large doll in excellent condition. There are no hairline cracks. She has replacement functional antique blue glass sleep eyes with eyelashes. She has an open mouth with 4 teeth. She is nicely painted. She has a pate and a synthetic mohair brown wig. Her ears are pierced but she has lost her earrings at some point. She has a pate and a brown synthetic mohair wig. I doubt this is original to the head but the parts are original to each other. It has the usual age related scuffing. It is not stamped. It is tightly strung. It is in excellent condition. She is wearing modern Global faux leather shoes, vintage cotton socks. Her panties and chemise are probably relatively new. Her half slip may be antique. She is wearing a peach colored silk dress with lace overlay. It is fully lined. Seams are not finished. It is solidly made and is in excellent condition. The trim around neck, waist, sleeves cuffs is glittery with faux diamonds. She has a big gold bow in back. She has a gold bangle bracelet on her left wrist.. NOTE: The shoes she is wearing in her chair seated position ARE NOT included. They wouldn’t stay on and weren’t an appropriate style for her party dress. THIS DOLL IS HEAVY. She weighs around 5 pounds—without box & packing weight. The listed weight below for full packing IS A GUESS!!!!!! It probably will weigh less. Many of these have been put together with parts bought separately over years. I describe to the best of my ability. FOR PACKING I USE CLEAN PLASTICS THAT CAN BE RECYCLED, NOT NEW PACKING MATERIALS. THE BOX/PACKING MAY NOT LOOK PRETTY BUT SECURE. THESE MATERIALS MAY BE PLASTIC MILK CARTONS, NEWSPAPERM EMPTY FOOD PACKAGES, ETC. THE HEAD IS WRAPPED IN EITHER NEW OR USED BUBBLE WRAP.
