Large Frozen Charlie Bathing Doll. Approximately 16in t all (China) glazed porcelain unjointed doll. Bent at the elbows with clenched fists. Straight legs in separate position. What makes him stand on his own but not recommended. Defined finger and toenails. Light pink toned head and neck, untinted or white body. Molded ears and facial features. Painted eyes, blue iris, with black pupil. Black eyeliner, one stroke eyebrows. Red dot in corner of eyes. Beauty mark (black speck) next to right ear and under left corner of mouth and left side on pink chest area. Painted nostrils, painted closed orange red mouth and blush on both cheeks. Blond molded and painted hair. There are no chips, hairlines, cracks, paint rubs, repairs or rough spots. He is a wonderful chubby doll great for decoration and for the doll collector alike. Hello everyone, here up for sale is a very rare antique Jumeau #5 French Fashion Doll. The doll is 16 inches tall. Her head swivels, and she has beautiful blue glass eyes. The doll is marked with a 5 on the back of her head. There are no cracks and no chips in her bisque. Her leather hands are somewhat worn but in good shape for her age. The body is in good condition I believe. She is in a beautiful bride dress that has many layers and ornate designs. The sea shell beading on the lower half of the dress is actually a necklace I believe, wondering if it is a necklace that the original owner of the doll wore as a bride, it looks to be sewn in with all the same stitching as is on all of the dress. She has an original pate with some hair loss but still has hair. The cork is in very nice condition. Rarely do these come up. The clothing appears to be original to her, i did not remove her clothing as much of it is sewn into place. The veil netting is in excellent condition with minimal pin holes. The sheer over dress is fragile with some areas of shredding but beautiful given its age. I did not remove the satin socks as they were stitched into place and appear to be original.
