Antique, believe German, Angel Tree Topper. She has a foil dress and his holding candles. Her head I believe is a clay or some type of paper mache. Her face is quite lovely. She is 15 tall. There is a tubelike structure inside to help go on top of the tree. Sadly part of her wing fell off, as shown, while taking pictures.
