This is a wonderful early antique cherub mirrort. The work is superb! The condition of the angel mirror is wonderful. I do not see any damage but there is always the possibility of a fleck off the flowers or leaves. The cherub mirror comes from a superb collection of early cherubs angels and animal porcelains which we will be listing. This is one of the finest collections! The cherub mirror is 11 inches tall, 8 inches wide and 3 inches deep. It has a loop to hang from the wall. I will look for the stand back that allows it to stand on a table – we did have it! THE CUPID CHERUB DATING TO C1830 -1890. This is a wonderful early antique cherub with a flower. The work is superb! I believe it is most likely Sitzendorf, Old Dresden, from Germany although it may be by another maker. The condition of the angel is wonderful. There may be a bit of loss on the flower. It has a maker’s hallmark in gold on the bottom with an inscribed number 263 or 2B3. The cherub comes from a superb collection of early cherubs angels and animal porcelains which we will be listing.
