This doll is so hard to find and was one of the largest ever made. Being bisque most did not survive. She is in very good condition with no cracks or hairlines that I could see. She has a few pencil marks and rubs here and there, does not take away from her beauty. Signed O’Neill on the bottom of her feet. No chips or breaks! Dressed in fancy blue velvet coat trimmed with metallic soutache, lace front panel. Newer brown velveteen pants, black velvet hat. Reproduction brown leather shoes marked: PARIS (bee symbol) DEPOSE. Condition: nothing observed on bisque after careful examination. Lining/coat have some age loss. (This doll was pictured in Jan Foulke’s “Guide To Dolls”).
