This Elegant antique doll. Made by Heindrick Handwerck. Is from my personal collection. The bisque head is marked 70, 10, Germany, H, 2. No chips, cracks, hairlines, or wig pulls. Brown sleep-eyes with painted lashes. Perfect original wax eyelids. Blonde wig (Synthetic, not original). The ball-jointed body is composition and is stamped Handwerck. Excellent original condition with only very minor wear. Fabulous antique style clothes. Glamourous two piece chocolate brown satin dress with lace trim and ribbon rosettes at hem. Both the skirt and top are lined. The skirt has an inner layer with satin pleats. Skirt and top fasten with snaps. The camisole and half-slip are antique. The button-hole on the half-slip has separated and is pinned together. The more recent pantaloons are in the antique style. New Antique-French-style shoes with ribbon & pearl rosettes. This exquisite 34 doll is from my personal collection. This antique German doll was made by Simon & Halbig in the early 1900’s. Marked 1078, Germany, HALBIG, 9 1/2, S & H, 15. On back of head. No chips, cracks or hairline. Blue glass sleep eyes with perfect eyelashes Also has naturally appearing. Painted lower lashes – not the straight kind typically found on the 1078. Pierced ears with tiny Cameo earrings. Beautiful Honey Blonde wig (Synthetic & not original) with long spill curls. The ball-jointed body is composition with only minor signs of wear. She is dressed in a cotton antique dress trimmed with lace and fine pleating. The antique slip is trimmed with a tatted? And embroidered ruffled hem. The antique pantaloons are trimmed with lace. The garments show signs of gentle use. There are no apparent holes, tears, or stains. The shoes are decorated with pink roses and are not antique. The stand is not included. 6 Antique, Fabulous and rare German bisque Asian doll. No markings on back of swivel head. Brown stationary eyes are in their original plaster set. Original cardboard pate and original black mohair wig. No cracks, chips or hairlines. 5 Piece papier mache body has no repair or repaint. This is the smallest Asian doll that I have seen that isn’t all bisque.

Fabulous antique 26 Mein LEIBLING German bisque 117 CLOSED mouth KAMMER & REINHARDT doll, made by SIMON & HALBIG. This doll is an all original closed mouth character pouty child doll. Her face, with rosy cheeks and pouty lips is outstanding, with beautiful blue working sleep eyes. Facial composition has NO blemishes. Head has been lighted for hairlines , and NO damage were found. Head is engraved on back K R , Made by SIMON & HALBIG 117and 66 which is size number in MM or 26. Since she is a child doll her ears are not pierced. There is a little glue showing around crown of head but I will clean that off. This is just a wonderful modeling and a fine example of this desirable mold number. Her original toddler body is almost perfect with just a little moisture discoloration on back of leg calves. Very nice human hair wig. She is wearing an amazing outfit designed by Mary Lambeth. T he jacket measures 5.75″ from shoulder seam to shoulder seam, sleeves are 6″ long and outfit measures from top of shoulder to hem of skirt 15+” the green silk shoes are 3.5″ long. This outfit is made from old French faille material (material has ribs in it) in shades of green and tan. It was then trimmed in antique green and beige Irish lace and further enhanced with hand made silk ribbon flowers mixed with antique flowers. A large fabulous ostrich feather graces the French style bonnet along with antique lace on back of bonnet. This outfit comes with underwear, socks and pantaloons and matching green silk shoes. A stunning 26 Kestner 171 doll. Her bisque has no flaws and her body is really in remarkable condition. This is one of the best bisque bodies I have had in this size as far as condition for its age! Stamped in red “Germany” as are so many Kestner bodies. She has all her fingers as well. She came to me with a synthetic wig, but I replaced it with an antique mohair wig. The wig isn’t in the greatest condition but I felt that she really needed something vintage! She wears an amazing long white dress that looks like it was made for her; it is antique, as is her long white coat with an anchor on the sleeve. Patient little fingers must have taken a long time to button up each little button years ago! She has old shoes probably not original? And long vintage socks. She is marked as shown.
