Vintage antique bisque porcelain 3 face head turning baby doll. It’s a normal looking doll until you remove her bonnet, and reveal THREE faces. It’s adorable yet very creepy! This three-faced doll can cry, laugh or sleep, depending on how her head is turned. She has a stuffed cloth body with porcelain head, hands, and feet. The first dolls of this type were made in 1903, which originated here from a somewhat later production, around 1920. There is no marking on the doll, which was not uncommon at the time. Very good pre-owned vintage condition. Will be packaged with care.

Lovely flesh faced Flapper girl head ornament with gold and blue/green hat. She has a flesh face and wonderful features that are still beautiful. Love the little teeth. She has golden hair under her cap. She is 3 L. Some paint and silvering loss. Flesh paint has some vintage soiling. Some areas of flesh paint look like there was some wipe /rub off. It may have gotten damp at some point and paint ran in those areas. Back of pike appears to have a surface crack though it seems secure. Cap may be glued down as it is very tight. Polish and German family. I will be listing more from this families estate. I love these strange face ornaments, hard to say if the intentions were to be a clown, jester, or joker or just a whimsical face. The stem is missing a bit of glass, can’t tell if its damage or from the manufacturing. This ornament measures 2 1/2 tall. When I discovered him he was wrapped in newspaper from 1931, very dry and crumbly. Please ask questions if you have any, guaranteed old and original.
