Offering these wonderful set of two German old rooster figurines with beautiful feathers. Posed with wire articulated feet with beautiful colorful feathers. Used most likely on a Christmas tree these 2 lovely birds have real feather and felt detail, applied eyes and wire beak. Hard bodies could be wood or paper Mache. Exceptional 19C German Kestner 6 all bisque bare feet doll with original clothing and wardrobe. Doll is incised #1 and she has a swivel head with brown glass sleep eyes that are enhanced by her very pale bisque, delicate peach cheek coloring, feathered eyebrows, artistically painted upper and lower eyelashes with a closed pouty mouth that is perfectly painted. This very sweet Treasure of a doll has her original wig and plaster pate and her bisque is without damage or repairs, Doll’s legs have kid linings and are unstrung as shown. Doll’s graceful elongated arms have a cupped right hand and clasped left hand with very well detailed legs, defined knees and dainty slender ankles.
