Very fine half doll holding fan on a powder puff or makeup puff. The white puff part seems to be made of down. There are no chips or cracks or damage on the doll. She measures 5″ tall total, and without the puff she measures about 3″ tall. She is art deco style, and has a hair decoration along with the fan. She is very pretty! This wonderful, and large, handmade bag from Germany is decorated with the most stunning, hand-beaded rose flower basket/vase with yellow accented. This piece is designed with seed beads, is accented with a fabulous, fabric interior, and is finished with a dazzling fringe. A lot of skill went into the making of this piece. It is German print, made right after WW1, in the extreme Art Deco period. It is also a rather rare find, as few were printed. The colors and quality is spectacular. Print is under glass in old period wood frame, measuring approx. 16 1/2 inch, by about 13 1/2 inch. Frame is tight and ready to hang. The paint on the frame does have age wear, with scuffs and some paint loss. The print is in excellent condition, with no fading or damage. Really a beautiful, stunning old piece. Cost on this, to any of the 50 U. I describe all I see and all I know about each item. I try to use 12 pictures on all my auctions, trying to show all areas of every item. 16 Cuno & Otto Dressel #1349. Made in Germany – c. Bisque Head / Composition Body – Stands Approx. 15.5″ Tall – Marked: “3/0. What a lovely pale-bisque Cuno & Otto Dressel doll! This antique socket-head girl is in very nice condition. Her dimpled bisque face has a lovely smooth, pale French-market look to it, with blue-gray sleep eyes. She is sporting a beautiful light auburn-brown (new) Wendy Feidt wig. She also has the desirable high-knee flapper body. Her sweet, richly-embroidered muslin dress is just adorable on her. She also has two-piece undergarments and (newer) socks and shoes. She’s a wonderful doll for a great price. NOTE: Photo props not included: DOLL STAND, POTTED FLOWERS. Beautiful antique condition — from a non-smoking environment. No issues found with the bisque after careful examination. Her blue sleep eyes function. Her composition flapper body has its original paint with no touch-ups. It is in great condition, with small areas of paint loss and small chips typical of a doll body of this age. The antique dress has age toning/staining foxing. He is 8 inches tall with a perfect bisque head on his original 5 piece flapper body with painted shoes and socks. His head is guaranteed to be free of any damage or repairs.
