Beautiful and large doll! She has a crack to her shoulder plate, but has no other damage. There is no damage under the choker. Typical paint rubs to the hair. The head is attached to an antique body in overall good shape, with typical wear. Same regarding her antique underwear. The outfit seems to be a later replacement. Antique German 11 Flat Top Highbrow China Shoulder Head Doll. Lovely doll is a perfect cabinet size. Clothes are old and worn and top is torn (needs TLC). Head and breast plate nice with minor China surface marks (see pictures). Cloth body is old and shows staining due to aging wear. Black center part/flat top hair curly hair. Faith number on back breast plate shows a number (1). Note sure of maker of doll. Please review all pictures they show best description.

Gorgeous doll in fabulous dress! There are a number of small chips to the shoulder plate, but no other flaws to the head. Small paint rubs to the hair. The body is possibly a little later replicant, as the lower china arms have a light crazing, which indicates it is a later production. The body has a couple repairs and other signs of wear. Paint wear to the shoes and possible tiny chips to the tip of shoes. The doll is wearing pantaloons, petticoat and beautiful dress. Looks like the clothes are original. Small imperfections to the dress. Please refer to the pictures for more details. No stand is included.

The doll is beautiful! Her shoulder head is in a good condition and has no damage. Typical paint rubs to the hair. The head is attached to an antique body that is stuffed with horsehair. Beautiful outfit is not easily removable, so we didn’t take it off to prevent any damage to the doll. The body seems to be in overall good shape, but the arms of the doll have some repairs. Wear to the lower legs. One china hand is damaged. The doll is coming with underwear. The outfit looks vintage. It has some discoloration, otherwise, it is in a good shape. Beautiful all original china head doll! The head has no damage. The paint on the face is well preserved, there are just typical paint rubs to the back of the head. Original antique body has stains, but overall is in good condition. However, left hand is damaged and is missing some fingers. Right hand has small flaws. The doll is wearing vintage clothes and accessories. Small holes to the stockings. Beautiful leather boots show a little wear. Small stains to the dress. Such a serene face on this antique German china doll, by Kestner. Her hairstyle is similar to a covered wagon, but is actually considered a variation of a flat top hairstyle. She has the usual paint rubs on the back of her hair, but the head is free of any damage, cracks, or chips. Her cloth body is very shapely. She has antique china lower limbs. Her arms are free of any damage, cracks, or chips, as is her right lower leg. The left lower leg. Was long ago broken and mended, the toe of that boot also has a chip. She has painted, flat soled boots. She wears antique pantalettes, with rows of tucks, and lace trim, and antique half slip trimmed with tatting. Her dress seems to have been made 60 to 70 years ago, from antique fabric. The bodice is pinkish-red silk taffeta, with antique black lace at the neckline. I have included a picture of a stain on the back of the bodice, I have not attempted to remove the stain. The skirt is grey silk with a woven pattern. The fabric of the skirt has melted, and is not in good condition. I have left it on her as I, personally, prefer older garments and their history. I feel it is still very pretty even in its current condition. She is 15 3/4 tall. Please feel free to ask questions.
