Antique Josef Pitrmann Jopi Musical German 1920’s Frosted Mohair Teddy Bear 20. Josef Pitrmann from Nuremberg was making Toys are early as 1911, and in 1922 “Jopi” was registered. Has the original Big Stitch on the front of his Chest where his name tag was attached. Typical Vertical black nose floss stitching… Almost identical to Bing. Original Ooak Glass Eyes (you can’t find these, but in Helvetic bears). Black painted clear ears. Eyes set close together. Has the Muscial Mechanism in the body, you can feel the Cylinder, but it’s bellows are torn inside. Mohair is lush and frosted. The frost is stiff which is also indicative of this bear. Slim Felt pads cut slightly at an angle.. Long stitched claws (3). Large ears, and lush mohair (gold). Concerning Clothing: Although garments are carefully inspected… Some slight irregularities may be noticeable. We do not consider fabric nubs, or discoloration constituting a flaw. Lovely sugar frosted peach on a candle clip ornament. Pretty peachy pink colored peach is frosted with fine mica frosting. Attached are waxy paper wired leaves. Peach is attached to a candle clip that has the candle holder. Is 3 1/2 L with clip. Some paint and frosting loss. A wonderful addition to any vintage collection. Very unique and unusual frosted silver disk with a black paper Santa silhouette. This lovely ornament has a frosted front with very detailed and delicate black paper silhouette of Santa with a cane, sack and feather tree. The image is so tiny and detailed. The edge around the silhouette has a tiny embossed bumpy pattern. The edges have a larger embossed pattern and some red paint. The back is all silver and has a embossed flower pattern. Some paint loss on edges. May be some frosting loss, though looks very heavy, and some spotting, scratches or darkening. There may be some fading to the silhouette.
