Antique 21 Gebruder Kuhnlenz DEP 44-29 German Bisque Doll Redressed. This striking antique German bisque doll is a 21 example by Gebrüder Kühnlenz, marked DEP 44-29. She has a beautifully modeled face with soft blushed cheeks, well-painted features, and. Stationary brown glass eyes. She currently wears a replaced human hair wig and is attractively redressed in a black lace and brocade-style gown with period-inspired undergarments. Her overall presentation is dramatic and elegant, making her a wonderful display doll with strong antique character. Height: Approximately 21 inches. Wig: Replaced human hair wig. Body: Composition body with ball joints; some components appear to be wood replacements. Clothing: Redressed in period-style clothing. Shoes: Leather shoes, possibly original. Bisque head is free of cracks, hairlines, or repairs. Facial painting is well preserved with strong coloring. Eyes are stationary and clear. Wig is a later replacement but presents well. Antique bisque head doll marked Made in Germany 63. Approximately 24 inches tall. Bisque head with brown glass sleep eyes. Painted upper and lower lashes. Additional applied fur lashes present, with some thinning and gaps. Open mouth with upper row of teeth. Antique mohair wig styled in sausage curls. Wood and composition ball jointed body. Body is tightly strung and holds most poses. Wearing a finely made modern outfit consisting of a blue silk dress with inset lace panels and decorative knit-covered buttons. Includes silk slip and silk bloomers. Lace socks and leather shoes. Clothing is modern but very well made and carefully styled. General age-related wear consistent with an antique doll. Here is a beautiful boy in a rare large size. Unfortunately, the head of the doll was restored. We are not sure what the original damage was or exactly where it occurred. However, the restoration is professionally made and is hard to see. The body of the doll has a crier that occasionally works. The body shows wear and some repairs that are all shown on the photos. This include repaint and possibly some restoration to the hands. Please look through all the photos as they are an important part of the description and show all the details and signs of wear. Stringing is not very tight, but is not loose. The doll is coming with an absolutely outstanding outfit in great condition. Please refer to the pictures for more details.

Antique 23 inch Gebruder Kuhnlenz German bisque shoulder head doll with leather body. Jointed at shoulders, hips, and knees; blue glass fixed eyes; mohair blonde wig; open mouth with four upper teeth; no chips or cracks. Left arm loose with leaking sawdust. DOLLS, TOYS & GAMES. This large 23-inch antique Gebruder Kuhnlenz German bisque shoulder head doll, is marked Gbr 170 K above the number 5 on her back, and 27 at the top of her head. She is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or hairlines. Facial details include blue glass fixed eyes with painted upper and lower lashes, multi-stroke brown brows, accented nostrils, full cheeks, and a dimpled chin. The outlined lips are open and she has four upper teeth, all in perfect condition. A mohair blonde wig is stitched to a cardboard cap, which is glued to her head. She has her original pink soft leather body, and is jointed at the hips, knees, shoulders, and elbows with rivets. She has bisque fingers and forearms. Her left arm is loose and leaking some sawdust, but remains attached by wires and stitching. All other limbs are securely attached, bend easily at the joints and are in excellent condition. 15 GERMAN GEBRUDER HEUBACH. Bisque head with painted intanglio eyes, short single stroked eyebrows with an open/closed mouth with 2 molded teeth and he has impressed dimples. He has an old, very sparse wig. He is on a very good heavy fully jointed composition body. Hands were possibly repainted years ago. He is wearing a wonderful antique tuxedo, white shirt and vest. I added the top hat, it’s about 30 years old. His shirt and pants are sewn on and I didn’t want to disturb them. He has antique shoes and socks. He is a great cabinet size and would make a great escort for a lady doll. See pictures as they are part of description. As I was describing him i noticed a factory flaw below his nose, so tiny it does not distract from his good looks and can’t be seen in the pictures. Just had to mention it.
