Antique 1800s 3 Wire Wrapped German Ornaments Hand Painted 2 Pitchers 1 Gourd. 4″ long x 2″ wide. All are wire wrapped in gold – hand blown – hand painted. Some paint loss with age as expected – not real noticeable. Wire wrap is in excellent antique condition on all 3. Pink pitcher & gourd have intact pontils – yellow pitcher’s is gone. Both pitchers have a spun cotton yellow pear at the base of their necks. Their tops are in beautiful unbroken condition as pictures show. Gourd has a broken top of stem but hardly seen on display. It has a pretty pontil at its base. Also an indented circle on the front of which the top is painted yellow. Were in with my ancestor’s Christm as things from the German old country. Excellent antique condition – Very old – Very attractive. Nice antique Christmas ornaments that display very well! Please see all photos & description for details. Offered is a small early 1900s composition Halloween gourd candy container. It has a wonderfully expensive face with fine details. This example retains its original bulbous bobble nose.
