Comes in a dress, slip & pantaloons (she is sewn in dress). Jointed limbs – carved ball joints. Measures approx 11.5 inches height. Primitive with handmade imperfections. She is approximately 9cm, which is approximately 3.54. The doll has jointed arms and legs. They are jointed with thin metal rods. The rods are possibly newer. The doll is in overall good condition. She has paint rubs and other paint imperfections. Looks like a part of her right foot is broken. Arms and legs move properly. The doll can be displayed in sitting position. Charming very old 1820’s/30’s Wooden carved German Grodnertal type doll. I believe she had a tuck comb at one time but lost it over the years. There is a hole in the top of her head where it was probably placed. There is some chipping to her hair paint, please see the photos they show all her details. She is 10.5 tall, with her original paint, including pink slippers, her clothing is long gone, but a new outfit would not be difficult to fashion for her. She has her original earrings. She is entirely original, and as found. No repaint or repairs. Her body is in very nice condition, her joints are stiff or loose depending on the weather. These charming old dolls are hard to find, you can leave her as is, or do a little restoration. She’s lovely either way. Please remember, these dolls are nearly 200 years old now, they are delicate and not always perfect. SHIPS TO USA ONLY.
