I think this doll came straight off a wagon train. She definitely was played with and her clothes were hand made. Her socks are stitched to her legs. I didn’t remove them. Her body is not leaking, her leather arms and hands are not fragile as some are. Her outfit is charming. Has blouse, skirt, pantaloons, slip, socks and shoes. Please zoom all the pictures and check her out good. There is a stress line from the front right hole. It’s not a crack or break. I loved her when I found her and she’s been in my cabinet just as found for years. Has a few holes around the waist, maybe old buttons or button holes. Not sure, but with the blouse you don’t see them. Back of head show some paint wear.

Up for sale is an EXTREMELY rare auburn/red-headed Bild Lilli doll; an absolutely spectacular doll. This is an original Bild Lilli; not a knock-off. Bild Lilli dolls were made almost exclusively with blond hair; to find one with this hair color is VERY rare. Her body is in nice condition; she has a mold flaw on her right forearm that is not very noticeable, and the black on her shoes is a little scuffed (which is normal). Her hair and face paint are lovely. She truly is a spectacular beauty. You can’t be a true Barbie collector if you do not have at least one Bild Lilli; the doll that was the inspiration for the creation of Barbie!
