This is a beautiful antique German Heinrich Handwerck Halbig bisque head doll. She measures 24 inches tall and is in nice original condition. The bisque head has no damage when a light is shown inside. Her original body is stamped in red on the back lower right side. The left hand has a rebuilt finger and I see some paint touch up on the right lower arm. The feet look good and original. The body is loosely strung and does not want to hold poses. The eyes are original set and work with urging. The teeth look fine. She would grace any collection. This will be carefully packaged for its trip to you. I will stuff the head with fiberfil. Please message me if you have additional questions.

Antique German Lion Head Violin with Carved Fleur-de-lis Back – Coffin Case Included. Up for sale is a truly remarkable and rare estate find – an antique. Full-size violin, dating back to the late 19th or early 20th century. This instrument is full of historical character and unique artistic details, making it an incredible project piece for violin makers, restorers, or collectors. Carved Lion Head Scroll. Instead of a traditional scroll, the neck features a beautifully hand-carved lion’s head with a detailed mane and open jaws, typical of historic German (Markneukirchen / Klingenthal) craftsmanship. The back plate showcases a stunning, highly detailed carved/inlaid geometric. Fleur-de-lis / Celtic knot pattern. Set against a beautiful tiger-flame maple wood backdrop. Comes inside its original old-world black wooden “coffin” style case lined with rich red felt cloth. Full-size Acoustic Violin / Fiddle. Late 1800s – Early 1900s. Germany / Central Europe. Original wood coffin case (comes with a small bag of loose hardware/hinge parts). The body is structurally solid on the front face but shows decades of honest patina, heavy varnish wear, scuffs, surface scratches, and ground-in dust from long-term storage. The strings are broken/loose. The tuning pegs and decorated tailpiece are included but the bridge is missing. The historic wooden coffin case is heavily weathered with edge scuffs and rust on metal elements. Some small hardware parts have come detached and are stored in the included plastic bag. Listed is a lovely 22 antique Victorian era doll, made circa 1900 or earlier. The doll measures 22 and has a perfect bisque socket head that is marked, Made in Germany & B 3. The B may stand for Bergmann? This doll is in very nice original condition, with a solid jointed wood body that is tightly strung with excellent finish/coloring. (missing one finger on her right hand, see pic) otherwise perfect. She has especially nice facial features and coloring. I believe her wig is original and made of natural human hair that is long with ringlet curls around her face. The wig is full and clean with no thin spots. Her blue eyes open/close with natural lashes. She is wearing very nice vintage outfit consisting of a lovely white cotton dress with lace trim, chemise and half slip. In addition she is wearing vintage knit stockings and good quality shoes with real leather soles. I especially like her hand crocheted cape with blue ribbons and original fastener. Her clothing has no damage and is clean with no odors.
