Vintage John Juzek full size violin for restoration. In good shape overall, but a small part or the seam on the bottom rib and around the end button has separated and needs to be reglued (see last photo). That should not be difficult to remedy. The violin has had some touch-up done over the years, but the finish is good overall. The case is included for its historical value, but is not functional as a protective case. See photos as part of the description and particularly the photo of the bottom. Wonderful cotton John Bull with a composition head, cigar and cotton ball. Balding John Bull has a hand painted composition head and neck attached to a cotton body dusted with white mica. He has some glittery mica design on his chest. He has some paint loss on face, some vintage age spots on cotton, the cotton on ball has thinned in one area, and he may be missing some trim on his chest. Wonderful harder to find bust of John Bull, the patriotic Uncle Sam of the UK. He is mainly silver with some traces of gold. He has his large protruding features , his big red bow tie at his neck. And his signature bald head with white hair. He is in amazing condition with very strong silvering. There may be some paint/silvering loss, scratches, or age spots. Size range 3 L.
