Pretty doll with working sleepy eyes. She is missing eyelashes and has no painted upper eyelashes. The head is in great condition with no damage. There is a flaw on the back of the head that appears to be a production defect. No hairlines, cracks, or chips to the bisque. The doll is coming with the original wig and plaster pate. The wig is worn, yet remains in displayable condition. The body shows typical wear, including repairs. There is no leaking to the body itself; however, there is occasional light leaking coming from the openings where the arms connect to the torso. Small imperfections to the hands. The doll is coming dressed as shown. Her clothing is vintage, and the beautiful outfit is in good condition. The shoes are handmade from felt. Please refer to the pictures for more details.

Gorgeous German bisque head Kestner doll – no mold number, has a well-known look of mold 146. She is 27 tall, excellent condition bisque head with beautiful pale color. She has all typical typical features of famous Kestner dolls: thickly painted eyebrows, full cheeks and a pleasant mouth with upturned corners. Her mouth is barely open to show four beautiful upper teeth. She has blue sleeping eyes with painted upper and lower lashes, waxed lids. NO cracks, chips or hairlines (lighted to check for hairlines). Back of her bisque head incised. L ½ Made in 15 ½. Beautiful bisque, nicely blended rose petal blush cheeks, cute double chin, nice nose with red accents. Her bisque is in excellent condition, without cracks, chips, nor hairlines. This is a very pretty 20 antique German Kestner 1 doll. She has perfect bisque with no damage. Marked Germany 168 on the back of the head. Nice sleep eyes in the original set. Original plaster pate and vintage wig. She is on her original body with all fingers and toes. Stamped on the back of the torso as shown. Stringing is a little loose, but not floppy. She is dressed as shown in a custom-made antique style dress, shoes and undergarments. Body is in in excellent condition. A pretty doll to add to your collection. On offer for your consideration we have an antique German dollhouse miniature pianoforte. This absolutely beautiful early German Biedermeier pianoforte was made by J. Kestner in Waltershausen Germany around 1850. This would have been one of they earliest pieces of dollhouse furniture reflecting the period of furniture and interiors of the time they were lining in. And because these miniature pianos are so difficult to find makes them quite rare. This stunning pianoforte would make a great addition to your dollhouse. This is the first one I have seen in over 12 years and that one had extensive damage and missing parts. 1:12 scale, 3 5/8″H x 3 1/4″D x 6 1/2L, good normal light ware consistent with age 170 years and use, two legs turned in ward, cloth strip fixed to key board cover warn.
