The product is an Antique German handmade latticino core swirl marble with 2 with Liberty colors. This marble is a piece of history, crafted before 1920 in Germany with a unique German style. Perfect for collectors of handmade marbles, this piece would be a valuable addition to any vintage toy or hobby collector. This marble has the one chip that is about a quarter inch, not a big deal it displays beautifully. To find a 2 inch German marble is hard enough as it is. I cannot promise this marble is not polished. It looks to have a faceted Pontil. It shows very little wear, may have a flea bite or two or some as made markings. Rare Antique German Reich 1 Mark Silver Coin Lady Liberty Designer Pendant. This stunning pendant was hand made around 1910 in Germany and features Lady Liberty’s head “breaking through” a 1 Mark silver coin. This is both a piece of art and a political statement. Criticism towards the authorities was unwanted and dangerous and art was one means to express one’s dissatisfaction with the establishment. Having lady liberty (the word “liberty” can be read on the tiara worn by the head) breaking through the symbol of power, the Imperial Eagle, made a clear statement without using words. The method by which this pendant was created is unknown and was apparently patented as the attached plaque spelling D. R. G. M (Deutsches Reich GebrauchsMuster = German Reich Patent) shows. This rare antique piece measures 1 in diameter (without bale) and weighs 5.6 grams. The coin is 900 (90%) silver. Very good antique condition with some patina according to age which can easily be polished away if desired. The front of the face shows some wear; the piece was apparently vigorously worn! One-of-a-kind piece with a lot of history! Item for your consideration is a very rare Lady Liberty made in Germany circa 1910 glass ornament. Shes in great condition- slight color loss. She measures 3-5/8 from top of hanger loop to bottom of ornament. Slight chip on poke which is concealed by cap.
