Beautiful large and very old doll. She has typical to this kind of dolls flaws, that include cracks, paint wear and damage to the leather body. She has repairs, probably some sawdust is missing. Some holes are glued. The doll has no leaking. She is missing one foot. The dress is original. No underwear to the doll. Please refer to the pictures for more details. No stand is included.

This beautiful old doll is approximately 15.75-16. She is all original including her clothes. The doll is in nice condition considering her age. She has paint imperfections and cracks to the head. Some paint missing on the left eye. Leather body overall looks good. Some minor repairs are possible. Looks like the areas where the wooden arms are connected with the leather part were repaired in the past. Some were to the wooden limbs but no damage. For additional details about the condition of the doll please refer to the pictures. The doll is wearing multiple layers of underwear. Pantaloons have some stains. Some signs of wear to the dress but considering the age of the clothes they all are in good condition. The stand is included. Here we have a Exceptionally Rare and hard to find early German antique doll in original clothes. With original body dating from around the 1850s and she is 15 cm in ht. She is known as a Milliners doll and is a good cabinet size doll. She has a very nice hairstyle and painted face and hair she has been played. With but she is fully original. She has papier mache shoulder head , wooden carved half arms and legs. With a nicely shaped. Really for her age 171 years old she is holding up very well. Her outfit is fully original it is aged and a bit of the lace skirt has melted in the front towards the side. But the rest of it is alright she has lace and cotton pantaloons, two cotton laced edged. Under slips covered with a lace skirt. They are aged looking but really for the age they are fairly good. The doll itself for its age is in reasonably good condition. She is fully original, h. Er hair and face have scuff marks but her body is fairly good. Feeling the body it is firm no evidence of leaking or holes at all , it does feel like the right upper joint. Where the wooden leg is attached it does feel like it may be repaired with sewing or something. But I could not see due to the clothes being sewed on but the leg it self. Feels firm and it is straight. Her papier mache shoulder head itself is good no cracks or splits in. It at all and it feels like it is still on firmly. Really this doll is a treasure and I hope it does find a good home. Pictures do form part of the description. Early Antique 11 German 1800s early Milliners Model German Doll. This early doll is All Original including the Body & early original Clothing. This Unusual Example has long black curls. The Early Paper Mache Head is all original with no repairs. There is some minor wear from age. The paper mache shoulder plate measures about 3 inches wide. She has her original early wooden arms and legs with her original early leather body. The outfit is early and all original to the doll. The dress is old and early and shows some normal wear from age. Really beautiful all original early milliners model wooden paper mache doll. Appropriate wear for age but overall very nice. Condition: This doll has normal wear from age. Paper mache shoulder head doll a with aristocratic and proud postures of a queen, Milliner’s Model Adelaida, 1828, Turingia. She has formed bosom, the whole breast plate is surrounded with broad, red, toothed, paper ribbon, as ornament (untouched and original). She has elaborately sculpted hair having voluptuous arranged curls at each side of face centering an extended crown of extremely high hair, stacked up, 1 small crown as tiara, long neck, heart-shaped face with elongated strong throat, defined eye sockets, thin eyeliner encircling painted large blue eyes, arched brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth, slender kid leather body with very slim waist, arms and legs made of conifer wood, painted red shoes.
