This is an Adolf Wislizenus 23 Antique German Bisque head doll marked Special Germany. She has beautiful deep brown sleep eyes and lovely auburn hair. No cracks, repairs or damage to head. She has a jointed composition body that is stamped made in Germany. Her body has the original paint and lacquer and all the fingers and toes. She is strung well. Body has normal wear for the age. She is wearing a vintage green dotted swiss dress with pantaloons, socks and shoes. The shoes are old and soles have damage. Please review all photos and ask questions.

Very nice 29″ China doll with 8″ high head and shoulder plate. Her body and clothes are antique. I have not undressed her because her sleeves are very tight and her hands are fragile and one has damage. The dress is detailed and fancy. She has leather boots that have some wear. Beautiful little 4.75 Kestner 620. She wears a newer crochet dress and hat made from old patterns in the antique style. Her mohair wig is artisan-crafted and so luscious and long! Her bisque appears to be in good condition but her legs appear to be good replacements. Im not sure if they are antique or newer. She displays well and is so pretty in blue!
