THIS ITEM HAS BEEN RE-LISTED BECAUSE THE DEADBEAT PERSON WHO WON IT PREVIOUSLY DID NOT PAY. These 2 dolls are an antique pair of twin bisque Mignonette dolls from the early 1900s. They are either German-made or French dolls and feature soft blonde wavy hair and come in their original outfits. The clothes are sewn on to the dolls so I can’t see what the markings are. They have moveable arms and legs. One doll has some age-related grime on the bisque arms and legs. This is common on bisque. The other has a mark on the back of a leg (probably a mis-paint). No chips or cracks. All of my items are either antique or vintage and have been used (unless otherwise noted) and may have normal marks from use, i. Scratches, rub marks, etc. They may not look new out of the package. I cannot describe every little thing. I will though, describe large or major imperfections that are not a part of normal use. Pet free-smoke free home. Colors may not be exact due to different lighting of the camera. She has beautiful threaded paperweight blue eyes. Her painting is perfect with attention to all details. She has pierced ears with crystal earrings that match her gorgeous hand smocked dress and hat outfit, made from antique silks and laces. Gorgeous 5 all bisque German made Mignonette (Possibly by Simon & Halbig) for the French market. She is redressed in a fabulous little green silk dress and hat with a long, luxurious blonde mohair wig. She also comes with her original pink dress, hat and tight curly brown wig. I have redressed her because her original pink Gibson girl style dress had significant wear and staining that I could not get out. It was removed carefully from the doll with a seam ripper as it was sewn on. If you would ever want to redress her in it, it would have to be carefully sewn back on her. Please note that she has a repair to her left leg above the ankle that isnt very noticeable unless you are looking for it. There is either a chip or a mold flaw to her upper back where the neck socket is. Her right arm has some original small flaws to the bisque. Small dot on the tip of her nose and a small mold flaw near the top of the forehead. This is the second little doll like this Ive had for sale in the past couple weeks.
