PHILIP from the 100 character series from Kammer & Reinhardt of Germany. He is 15 tall toddler from the character series. H is body has it’s original finish in excellent condition except for the superficial crack in the composition on one of his foot. Other then that his body is excellent. A great toddler shape. His stringing and eye mechanism is in great condition. He has rare molded hair brown glass sleep eyes and a closed mouth. There are no hairline or chips etc. His facial painting is excellent. The back of his head is well marked: “K R Simon & Halbig 115 38″ (see photo). He wears antique boots. His one piece underclothes is cotton. He wears a vintage dark blue velvet suit with a sleeveless shirt with lace ruffles. He is a wonderful character doll! Please check my other listings for more rare KR character dolls.
