This is a vintage stoneware crock, I believe it is German. This measures roughly 9 1/2″ tall x 6 1/2″ across at the top, it looks in good condition. I don’t see any cracks or hairline cracks, there is some very slight chips, mostly on the upper rim, but they are very minor and hardly noticeable. This is a beautiful piece of history, please see the photos closely for the best description and if you have any questions please ask.

Salt and pepper shakers both have a cork(look dry). Each stands about 2in tall.

Here is an antique set you don’t see very often with so many pieces remaining. There are six canisters measuring 3″ high with lid (Flour, Rice, Coffee, Sugar, Oatmeal and Tea), six spices measuring 2-1/8″ high with lid (Cloves, Allspice, Cinnamon, Ginger, Pepper and Nutmeg), Oil and Vinegar, and salt. They are in very good condition except the following four flaws: Flour canister is cracked (not repaired), Sugar canister has a large chip, one spice lid is repaired and salt has a crack on the front which does not go through to the back. Please see photos of each. Everything else is fine. You can’t really see the four flaws if you are just displaying the set. I will leave them in “as found” condition, as found in estate with many nice antiques. These are doll size, not dollhouse size.
