This is a vintage stoneware crock, I believe it is German. This measures roughly 9 1/2″ tall x 6 1/2″ across at the top, it looks in good condition. I don’t see any cracks or hairline cracks, there is some very slight chips, mostly on the upper rim, but they are very minor and hardly noticeable. This is a beautiful piece of history, please see the photos closely for the best description and if you have any questions please ask.

Antique German Santa Claus Label Antique English Advertising Stoneware XX Rare AAFA. I think it would look most authentic with fresh greenery but the faux greenery will be included. Antique German Santa is plaster, hard chalk or composition with “Berlin” Tag circa 1930. Santa measures 5″ x 2″. Retains beautiful soft mellow unaltered paint with small amounts of paint loss. Very hard to find. English advertising crock is very early pre-1900 with crazing, chips, 2 cracks but is in sturdy condition and displays very well. Crock measures 2.5″ in diameter x 4.75″ high. Amazing German stoneware covered punch bowl set! It is a “Gluhwein” pot traditionally used in Germany to serve warm mulled wine or rum punch at Christmas. It can of course be used as a traditional punch bowl or even as a soup turreen. It is deeply embossed with grapes, leaves & vines & depictions of various castles on the Rhine river. Some of the castles include Drachenfels, Ruine Mans, Mauseturm, Diefeindl Bruder, Marksburg, Burg Lachnech, Ruine Godesberg, Burg Katz, Burg Sonnech, Burg Rheinstein. It is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips, scratches or stains. It measures about 11″ tall & 10″ wide. It is very heavy weighing. The set also includes ten (10) matching mugs or steins, each is 3.5 tall. Impressed with the Gerz triangle logo and MADE IN GERMANY. Great condition with no chips or cracks (see photo).
