Condition: White fabric and thread show discoloration from age. Some blue from the jacket has bled onto the white collar. Darling little 3.25 doll attributed to Kestner with desirable yellow boots. She comes in an antique box from the same era with brass pull and an angel die cut. Shes overall in good shape and has been recently restrung. Really wonderful original wig, Her tiny dress, more recent but made with vintage materials, will need to be sewn on if the new owner wishes. Unique Moritz Gottschalk miniature dollhouse made in the 1920s. Bottom is marked, but I can’t decipher the numbers in pencil which I believe are original. This cottage matches features on Gottschalk pieces in the mid 1920s featured in reference books. All pieces appear to be original including front door with handle, window, shutters, porch stairs, clasp/hinges and chimney. The exterior paint is all original and shows wear, with the red roof paint wear being significant. The wood frame around the front door and some of the base supports have been repaired and there are spaces where the foundation shifted a bit. Interior paper flooring is in good shape for it’s age. The quaint one-room cottage. Is wired for lights but has not been tested as it’s vintage German electrical. Please see photos for more details on the condition of this cute house. The scale is quite small as this sweet piece displays easily in a standard bookshelf. Approximate dimensions with stairs and chimney included are 8 1/2″ x 6 1/2″ x 10. Here is a teeny tiny Mein Liebling doll model KR 117a by Kammer and Reinhardt. She is in the smallest size made, 8 or 19cm. She is marked KR S&H 117/A 19. She has bisque movable socket head with dark blue glass open-close eyes on a jointed wood and composition body with a little bit of touch up paint. She has delicately painted eyelashes and eyebrows and small pouty closed mouth with linebetween the libs. She wears her original mohair brown loosely braided wig. All clothing is in great condition including the little shoes and socks which are also original. Here is opportunity to own the very smallest and rarest size of this darling model.
