Lot VTG Unsilvered Spun Glass Filled BELL BALL DROP Christmas Ornaments Germany. This nice lot of 9 silvered and unsilvered glass Ornaments features colorful paint, scrap paper top decoration, Spun glass inside filling in some, indent parts on some. Measures approximately 2 to 3 tall. Condition is good vintage, some scratches, age signs and color loss, no visible chips or cracks. Pretty unsilvered amber glass butterfly with spun glass wings. Body is a amber unsilvered molded glass with glass antenna and closed tail. Hard spun glass wings are glued to the sides. The amber glass is very pretty. Wings may have some vintage soiling , glue residue or splitting of strands. Glass body has a annealed hoop hanger on top that broke. Butterfly body was wrapped in a small amount of thin wire and a heavier wire loop was inserted through wire for hanging. Wire may not be original to piece, it may have added after the annealed hanger broke. Whatever the case , the hanger appears sturdy and works well for display. Lovely unsilvered 3 1/2 shoe with baby scrap die cut face ornament. Lovely shoe is completely unsilvered and is painted in a white opaque paint. The baby body (under scrap), ruffled trim accent around die cut, and bow are painted dark green. There is some paint loss. Scrap die cut looks to be in very good shape with minor lifting on edges.
