Incredible antique german mercury blown glass fantasy double-sided indented ornament with a double-sided daisy. This is a really exceptional piece with small indents on the lower portion of the ornament, and inside the upper ball is a pink daisy. All the small indents and daisy retain its original multi color paint. Around the outer edge of the ball, it has white handpainted dots. It’s just a stunning example of early German blown glass, and in all honesty, I wasn’t able to find another like it. I did look under the cap, and the pike is in excellent condition with no signs of damage whatsoever. The ornament is fairly large, measuring 4.75. An unusual and unique Vintage Great Horned Owl Bisque Clip On Xmas Tree Ornament. Owl is very well done, hand painted and is possibly German or Japan. I would date him to approximately the 30s-40s. He could possibly be earlier because he’s so well made. From the molding of his feathers, the well done hand painting, his eyes, and the shape of his body: His look is EXCEPTIONAL. Note: Clip is nice and tight/strong: he clips onto things well. He would even look great for Halloween sitting in a’Spooky Tree’ for An Early Halloween Display. I’ve never seen another: especially a Great Horned Owl Version, along with his’extended 3 dimensional’ cross over wings’ as shown in the photos. CONDITION: In Excellent Used Vintage Condition. He has NO cracks, NO repairs. Refer to all photos, ask questions first. As noted clip works well and is a tight secure clip: it even clips onto a wood ruler as shown in the photos. Also clip has what appears to be all over rusting due to age as it possibly was used on a real Xmas Tree over the years. It does not affect the use of the clip. This is a Nice, Unique, and uncommon example.

Incredibly unusual and special doll. She is an unusual mold to begin with – having fancy hair. She is swaddled in a bunting instead of having a body. The bunting has original embellishments like lace trim, gold metallic thread, and pink ribbons and flowers. She also has a hat. She dates from about 1870 and came from a dealer in Europe. She measures 15 1/2 ins long by 4 1/2 ins wide. The head measures 5 ins. Tall by 4 ins wide. While not taken out of the bunting, shouldplate is undamaged on inspection. If you find otherwise, you are welcome to return. She is in good condition for her age. The silk swaddling fabric is faded at the front with some small tears in the silk. This one is polished with a few half moon lines remaining, one larger one exists near the top pontil. You just don’t see these very often!! Measures 1.65 – Pardon the glare, I took the pics of the larger German marbles in natural light.
