Heinrich Handwerck mold 109 – 15 socket head with a stamped original ball jointed composition body. Glass sleep eyes, dark painted lashes, brushstroked and multi-feathered brows, accented nostrils, open mouth, 4 porcelain teeth, pierced ears with pearl drop earrings, brown human hair wig, ball-jointed body, antique ensemble includes dress, petticoat, pantaloons, stockings and 1 leather shoe. Modern miniature black purse completes the look. Great facial expression and coloring. Displays very nicely with the following condition issues: human hair wig is shedding and needs attention or replacement and was only taped onto head; right ear has some sort of residue on it, face needs a bit of a wash which I did not attempt. Body overall good with some cracks and damage, toes still retain toenail polish! Scrapes as expected on a body over 110 years old but so nice to find this substantial doll!
