ANTIQUE 19th c GERMAN PORCELAIN LACE FIGURINE OF A COUPLE VOLKSTEDT, 5.5″ x 5.5″. Please, check my other porcelain figurines for sale! The man looks like explaining something to his sweetheart, helping himself with his hands?? While she is in a deep thought. She has an elaborately painted skirt, decorated with porcelain lace on the edges. The figurine measures approx. 5.5 (14 cm) tall x approx. 5.5 (14 cm) wide. Bears mark of Volkstedt. Condition: good antique condition with no visible damages or imperfection aside 1 repair to the front of the skirt of the woman and 1 broken finger on the right hand of the man. I examined the figurine several times and didn’t find any other losses or repairs. Use the pictures as a part o f the condition report! This porcelain lace figurine makes a beau tiful display and will be a valuable addition to any collection!

This stunning piece stands an impressive 9 inches tall and approximately 6.5 inches wide. She is wearing an all ruffled lace dress in pink and cream with a dark purple bodice with gold accents and tiny delicate applied porcelain flowers scattered throughout her dress. She has an off the shoulder STUNNING ruffled lace neckline on her dress. She has brown hair pulled up in a bun with a gold crown and little flowers on one side. She has PERFECT OUTSTRETCHED arms and fingers. She is holding a BEAUTIFUL fan in one hand. The fan is painted with roses. She is standing on a base with several applied porcelain flowers. This figurine is made of solid porcelain and porcelain lace. This piece has the Volkstedt mark on the back of the base and also the letters KM incisedabove the mark. It is from my parents private collection and is in OUTSTANDING CONDITION!! I personally do not see any chips, cracks or repairs. This piece has so many beautiful ruffles that it is hard to see each one. PLEASE review all of the pictures because they are part of the description and you can make your own decision. Antique German Volkstedt HP Courting Couple in Love Figures w/ a Book on Couch. It’s marked with a blue Volkstedt mark and it also reads made in Germany. It’s about 9″ x 5.25″ x 8 tall.
