This is an antique 19th century wall clock by the top German company Junghans. It has one glass panel door on the side. There is a porcelain cream dial with a matching central dial. It has striking movement that strikes on half and full hour. This clock has been cleaned, oiled recently. The case is made of walnut. The top crown comes off the clock. Its in exceptional condition. The upper section has 2 large doors with one shelf in each, 1 middle drawer, a large middle area with nice carved backsplash top and a large upper shelf area. The lower desktop has 3 upper drawers with 2 lower doors with one shelf each. Solid, well made piece. Overall: 69.5h. Top Section: 28 1/4’h x 48 1/4″w x 12 1/4″d. Desk, lower section: 31 1/4″h x 50″w x 29d. Unique: The desk top area slides forward and back. Condition: overall very good condition for age, with some marks including scratches, etc that are normal for age/use. Note: It looks like the leather top surface has been painted green.
