Antique German doll with trunk and wardrobe. She is marked “Germany 12″. The doll has a bisque head with side glancing glass eyes, wig with cork pate, and a composition jointed body. The trunk is antique with a wood base, printed covered paper on the outside, leather straps, brass and silver plated fittings, original key, and cloth lining inside the trunk. The doll has a wardrobe consisting of three cotton dresses, knit stockings, antique shoes, socks, and an all-in-one piece chemise under garment. In the trunk was a hand written note “Elise, Switzerland, 1900″. The doll is 7 tall. Condition: I found no damage to the bisque head or clothing. The trunk is also in very good condition except for some water marks on the outside bottom of the trunk (see photo). From a smoke free environmen.

All bisque 6 antique Bruno Schmidt doll with wardrobe of clothes and accessories. Shes stunning but isnt completely perfect. There is a minor hairline through her chest and it seems one on the back of her neck. There is also a mold flaw to her neck area. Her wardrobe is housed in a vintage handkerchief box. Exceptional 19C German Kestner 6 all bisque bare feet doll with original clothing and wardrobe. Doll is incised #1 and she has a swivel head with brown glass sleep eyes that are enhanced by her very pale bisque, delicate peach cheek coloring, feathered eyebrows, artistically painted upper and lower eyelashes with a closed pouty mouth that is perfectly painted. This very sweet Treasure of a doll has her original wig and plaster pate and her bisque is without damage or repairs, Doll’s legs have kid linings and are unstrung as shown. Doll’s graceful elongated arms have a cupped right hand and clasped left hand with very well detailed legs, defined knees and dainty slender ankles.
