Needs cleaned and polished. Comes with scuffs, scratches and surface wear. Not sure if it works just because the pendulum and key is missing. Some parts of the wood case needs some tlc. Has some chips and cracks in the wood. Please see pictures and you be the judge on details and conditions.

About 15 inches tall , nice shape except her cloths are faded, use to be blue and red, can see the original color in the folds in clothing. Bisque head looks good no nicks cracks etc. Couple of chips on her fingers left hand (photo) minor. The base is wooden as are her shoes. When wound she rocks back and forth, the spring seems sluggish maybe needs to be wound a little mor.
