RARE Antique Lg GERMAN Wooly Putz Sheep CHRISTMAS Ribbon BELL 5 T Good Shape #1. A very nice Older Antique German Wooly Sheep This is the older type German Putz Sheep and is older than most and in better condition than most. This one has great features and looks very good when displayed. We leave all as found. It measures approx 5″ tall, approx 4.75″ Wide when looked at from snout to tail and approx 1.5 Deep. See description for more details as to condition as that tells the best story as well as the item condition above. 4 VINTAGE PUTZ SHEEP. Offered are 4 nice vintage German Christmas Putz sheep. The tallest measures about 3 tall to top of head. The little guy with the blue collar has what looks like a replacement leg on his back left. And one back leg is shorter than the other, but he can stand. Cute wooly sheep driver pulling a wooden tin wheeled cart with tiny wooly sheep rider. Sheep have composition faces, stick legs, and paper collars. Cart is red painted wood with natural colored dowels. Long handles and red tin/metal wheels. Sheep have vintage soiling, paint chips on faces/ears/hoofs. Baby has Germany on collar, a loose neck, and a few loose legs. He still stands fine. Cart has a repair on left side and glue residue. One loose dowel on back. Germany stamped on bottom. Pin/nail holes on ends of handles but no pins/nails found. Size as pictured is 7 L. Cart is 6 1/4″ L x 2″ W x 2 1/4 H. Sheep are 2 1/2′ H x 2″ L and 3″ H x 3 L. Wonderful Large 6 1/2″ H Wooly Sheep with 5 1/2″ H German Santa rider. The sheep has a wooden wool covered body, stick legs, and composition face. He still has some of his paper collar and bell around his neck. He is a very large 6 1/2″ H x 5 1/2″ L. Has some chippy ears and a split in middle of face which is usually the norm for this size sheep. He has some wood chips on legs and paint chips/loss on feet. He has lost some wool between his front legs, one front legs has less wool than other, and the wool on his body has thinned and soiled. Right back leg has a bit of wiggle to it. Front left leg turns in more than right. Can sit a bit lop sided if Santa, who is fat, sits lopsided on him. His size is very. Santa is a jolly fat man with red felt suite with black belt, white trim and red hat. He has blue pants that are padded giving him a very jolly appearance. He has black composition boots. He has a composition face and hands. He has a larger rabbit fur beard and painted features. He holds a paper feather tree in his hand that is very delicate and has a made in Japan flag pin stuck in his suite(I added and can be removed). Santa has some trim coming loose on hat and coat and may have some paint loss or chips to composition. He is 5 1/2 H. He is in great condition.
