Wonderful German Santa in a larger mica cardboard candy container sled with a large metal deer, toys, sheep and feather tree. Santa has a composition painted face and boots. He has wired arms and legs. He holds a tiny tree with berries in his hand. He has a red felted coat and hat with snow and a red and white string belt(belt was added by me). He has a rabbit fur beard and mustache. He is glued into the sled. He has a wood block upper body. He has chippy boots at toes and on his right hand. Some minor soiling to clothes. Right sleeve is unglued at wrist area. He has a great kind face. Large metal deer has softer metal antlers that can be gently positioned. He has a bell on a red ribbon fastened around his neck that rings. Cannot find a marking on him but believe he is German. Some vintage paint loss. 6″ H x 4 1/2 ” L. Nice larger size sled is white with mica covering and some hints of silver specks , maybe glitter. Santa affixed to front. Sled marked Germany, though some of printing has worn off. There is some paint and paper rub offs and vintage soiling. Front of sled is a bit uneven at the very top of the front where bar goes in holes. Sled is 8″ L x 2″ W x 4 H. There is a 3 frosted bottle brush tree behind Santa. In back are several toys, a 2 woolly sheep, a metal wagon, and wooden toys(house, lady, cow, and horse). All can be removed. Length of sled piece as displayed in pictures is 12 L. A larger impressive piece to place on your mantle , on a side table or under your feather tree. Please contact me with any questions.
