VINTAGE WW2 Glashutte Tutima Luftwafte Pilots Watch German Military Chronograph
Very cool vintage Glashütte Tutima urofa caliber 59 German pilots Luftwafte flyback chronograph. A stunning example with matching numbers. A new rivet strap has just been fitted, this looks perfect for this watch. Overall brassing just adds to the look of these watches. I bought this with a dial that was either refinished or a Tutima service dial. I was lucky enough to find a fantastic original dial so the watch is now looking fantastic again. The hands might be an old relume, they quickly fade under uv. Timekeeping has given me no cause for concern, all chrono functions are working faultlessly. Historical military watches like this are only going to go up in value over time so these represent a great investment you can wear and enjoy. Any more please ask. Many thanks for looking.
