The head has blue sleep eyes, pierced ears, painted upper and lower lashes, open mouth with 4 porcelain teeth. Condition: No cracks, chips or hairlines in the bisque. There are a few small kiln specks. A few light paint rubs. No chips on the earring holes. There is some old glue, white tape residue and a bit of dirt on the head. Top of the head is a bit misshapen primarily in the back – product of manufacturing – easily hidden with wig in place. The wax eyelids were repainted at some point. There is also some paint or reinforcement of the plaster areas inside the head. The sleep eyes function well. The head measures approximately 7 1/2 tall from the top of the head to the bottom of the neck opening, head circumference is slightly over 15. Neck circumference is about 7 1/2. I think it would need a 23-24 composition body with the neck diameter of the torso about 2 3/8 – 2 1/2. Should make about a 29 -30 doll complete with body. The head weighs 1 lb.
