Antique bisque head character doll with TWO FACES. The doll is about 19 in tall and has a bisque head free of damage and repair. There is a small firing line under the chin, but it is not a hairline. The head is a solid dome and this baby has BIG ears that are too cute. Hand painted hair has single painted strokes. De is a happy, slightly smiling baby with brown glass sleep eyes and an open mouth/closed mouth with two teeth. Brows are finely feathered and painted lases. On the other side is a painted BLUE eye baby face with furrowed painted brows, a dimpled forehead and an open /closed mouth with a molded/painted tongue. It’s super cool how the faces differ. The head is incised on the neck socket on each side. One marked is ” 159″ and the other is 12. This composition baby body is strung very well and in good condition. It has been professionally repainted. This sweet baby is dressed well and wears an antique white baby gown, an antique slip, onesie, socks, and booties.
