In good shape overall, but a small part or the seam on the bottom rib and around the end button has separated and needs to be reglued (see last photo). That should not be difficult to remedy. The violin has had some touch-up done over the years, but the finish is good overall. The case is included for its historical value, but is not functional as a protective case.
