LARGE ANTIQUE GERMAN CHURCH NATIVITY SET (18 PCS). Plaster Nativity set, bottoms painted but have had another of these sets which was clearly marked on base Germany, great quality detailing of figures, donkey and oxen have original leather ears, paint refreshed at some point, rare complete set with very nice camel figure, in excellent overall condition. A great gift for your Church, or wonderful addition to a private collection. Holy Family, Camel and Camel Driver, Three Kings, Three Shepherds, Donkey and Oxen, Five Sheep. Approximate size – Camel 19″H x 20 1/2″W, Standing figures 15 1/2″H, Kneeling figures 11″H. Condition – standing shepherd with lamb – hat has old stable crack and repair to edge, camel driver has restoration to one finger, a few expected very minor tiny nicks covered by paint, otherwise I see no other visible damage.
