Antique doll bisque head composition body
What a beautiful little girl who is approx. She is wearing a brown wig that is attached loosely to her head. It appears to be the original, but I’m no expert. It has a 12 on it. Her brown sleep eyes function properly but she has no lashes. Open mouth with 4 teeth. The back of her head appears to read. D/2 Made In 8 0/2. Please zoom in on that picture and see if you can make it out. I know the Made In Germany 167 is correct but the other ones are hard to make out. I’m not sure what brand this doll is. Lady told me it was Kestner, but I do not know. There is no cracks or holes to the bisque. Her body is a ball jointed composition. It is marked Germany 2. There is a crack underneath the writing as shown in picture. Her body does have rubs and discoloration in spots as expected for an antique doll. All fingers and toes are intact. The clothing is not original and is old, fragile, and ripped in spots and is very dirty. Missing buttons on back of dress. May not wash clean. Shoes and socks not original. I try to be 100% honest in my details. This doll is an antique and is in played with condition. Check out my other dolls that I have listed.
