Here is an outstanding, rare antique wood and lithographed, blue roof , farm house with stable and hay loft by Moritz Gottschalk of Germany circa 1880-90. It measures approximately, 11 1/2″ by 11 1/2″ high and almost 6 deep with three brass hinged working doors and all the original finely crafted, metal railings, wood posts and double base. (wood & half timber). And inside colorful lithographed paper flooring is still firmly in place along with the wood trough for feeding the animals. True to the 1800s European, farmhouse style of having the animals housed beneath the family living quarters it is a delight that has been treasured for several generations. Wouldn’t it make a great Christmas nativity setting as well? There are no cracks or water damage, no structure defects or repairs and no odors as it is from a smoke free home.
