The’badge’ on the fuel fount has two owls on either side of the initials’UHU’. Underneath it is stamped’D. PATENT’ and then’D. THE GLOBE GUARD CAGE IS FROM A FEUERHAND Nr. 201 WHICH FIT THE BING LANTERN PROPERLY. PLEASE VIEW ALL PHOTOS AND ASK ALL QUESTIONS. THIS LANTERN IS A TRUE ANTIQUE FROM 1908 AND SHOWS ITS HISTORY. THIS IS TRULY A RARE LANTERN. THIS IS ALSO A VERY LARGE LANTERN AND HEAVY. PLEASE NOTE: IN THE THIRD PHOTO, WHICH SHOWS MORE OF A PEAR SHAPED GLOBE, THAT WAS THE GLOBE THAT CAME WITH THE LANTERN WHEN I RECEIVED IT. THE GLOBE YOU SEE WITH THE EMBOSSED OWL IS THE PROPER GLOBE AND THAT IS WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE.
