She has a few “imperfections” I will describe and may need a little “restoration”. Incised on the back of her bisque head is “S & H, K R” with 66 below the neckline. Th is doll measures 24 tall being a bisque socket head with jointed composition wood doll body with all fingers intact, lots of paint wear on the fingers, her nails accented with red lines. Body is jointed at the shoulders, elbows, she has “straight” wrists, she is jointed at the hips and knees. She displays well with doll stand or just sitting. This doll has a “sweet” face with open and close brown glass sleepy eyes that work fine, the “left eye” has had line crack restoration, see close up photo, it is intact but you may wish further restore to your liking. She has painted lashes around the eyes, brush stroked brown eye brows that are also molded, open mouth with upper teeth, (only 3 teeth instead of 4), see close up, does not seem to distract but need to mention. Gorgeous coloring on her face, she has pierced ears but is not wearing earrings. Her curly blonde mohair wig slips over a pate on her head, possibly a hand crafted wig, well made it looks layered. I flashed her bisque head and do not see any cracks or hairlines, a good bisque. She wears a vintage/antique pink dress with lace trim with only safety pin closure at the back, nice condition with exception of a brown stain on the inside hem area, I did not attempt to clean. She wears antique slip, pantaloons, stockings and great antique black leather tie up shoes. I have taken plenty of photos, please look at my photos they will serve as part of this description.
