She has an open mouth with 4 teeth. She has antique functional blue glass sleep eyes. The swirling in them is gorgeous. I think they are original to the head. She has a really soft chestnut brown mohair hair wig of more recent vintage. It has bangs, and I suspect it had curls at one point. The cap is a stretch elastic. The wig is short but in in excellent condition. The body is tightly strung. The parts are original to each other but I don’t think it is original to the head. It can sit or stand. It is marked It has usual scuffing. There are some cracks in the finish. The fingers are intact, no repairs. I started to repair the neckline. It is puttied but I never got around to sanding it smooth or painting it. It is solid and holds the head well. She has panties and an old antique? Her socks are cream colored crocheted cotton.. The shoes are antique. I believe they are leather, with a thin outer layer that is peeling off on one shoe. The dress is a an antique reproduction mauve silk drop waist dress. It has pleats down the front. There is a silk ribbon bow on the left front and cream colored lace trim. The bodice is lined and closed with snaps. Seams are finished either with pinking or zigzag This is a dress that I bought at a doll show. It was made by “Little Old Doll Shop” in Baltimore MD. The synthetic mohair wigs cannot be combined with anything other than the other new SM wigs, and the straw flowers that are listed. The naked doll weighs over 4 pounds. Packaging can double the weight. The box needs to be long enough to protect the head. Many of these have been put together with parts bought separately over years. I describe to the best of my ability. FOR PACKING I USE CLEAN PLASTICS THAT CAN BE RECYCLED, NOT NEW PACKING MATERIALS. THE BOX/PACKING MAY NOT LOOK PRETTY BUT THE CONTENTS WILL BE SECURE.
