Offered today is a truly BEAUTIFUL antique German bisque doll, Kestner 146. She is a wonderful size at 26 inches tall with a GORGEOUS bisque head on her original and marked ball-jointed body. Her head is guaranteed to be free of any hairlines, cracks, breaks or repairs, this is a tiny chip at the neck hole. Her body is lovely with its original finish – 2 fingers on her left hand have been repaired. She has her original blue sleep eyes that are in wonderful working condition. Her features include expertly painted upper and lower eyelashes, flat glossy feathered eyebrows, a beautiful complexion with softly blushed cheeks, red accent marks at her nostrils and eye corners and an open mouth with 4 upper teeth. She also has her original plaster pate and mohair wig. She is wearing layers of antique clothes including her shoes & bonnet. MARKED ON HEAD – K 1/2 made in 14 1/2 Germany 146.
