The toilet is in it’s own room. Restoration of the inside papers, outside in good condition. 44″ t x 38″ w x 19″ d + a back room extension that adds 4 1/2″ to the 2 center ones. It’s been electrified. The upper rooms are left to right: 12″ d x 10″ w x 11 1/2″ t; 15 1/2″ d x 14 1/2″ w x 12″ T; 9 1/4″ d x 10 1/4″ w x 12 1/4 t. Lower rooms left to right: 12″ d x 10 1/2″ x 12 1/2″ t; 15 1/2″ d x 14 1/2″ w x 12 1/2″ t; 9 1/4″ d x 10 1/4″ w x 12 1/2 t. It has a full attic across the top with access on the sides, 1 large room & 1 smaller. Also includes a custom table if you need it.
