XII HELLER REICHS STADT ACHEN, Five-line inscription. Coin Notes: Many varieties exist. Also for 1791 some coins exist with an error where the date has been struck upside down mistaking the eagles upper and lower sides. No silvered examples have been seen. May be rare variant or special presentation issue.
